ehValidator updated for modulo 89 RIZIV/INAMI numbers

If you are using the ehValidator, please take note we noticed some problems when RIZIV/INAMI numbers were used that use 'modulo 89' validation. This is fixed in the most recent versions (3.1 and 2.3) You can find them on our ehValidator page.

We released our FHIR Implementation Guide.

This is the first stage of the Belgian federal profiling initiative and has the focus on basic Belgian profiles and guidelines for the FHIR resources Patient, Practitioner, PractitionerRole, Organization, Observation, Provenance and AllergyIntolerance. This also includes the needed ValueSets, CodeSystems and NamingSystems.
