You can view your test result via a web application. If your test is negative, you can also upload an EU Digital COVID Certificate.

On the CovidSafeBe website, you can read how to install and use the CovidSafeBe app to find out the result of your test and, in the event of a negative result, to upload your EU Digital COVID Certificate.

Determine which situation you are in and read how to view a test result

Situation 1: I live in Belgium and would like to view the results of a test on myself

Situation 2: I live in Belgium and would like to view the results of a test on one of my children

Situation 3: I do not live in Belgium

 

Situation 1: I live in Belgium and would like to view the results of a test on myself

You can view your test result via this web application. You must first log in with your electronic identity card or Itsme.

Make sure you have the following items:
          -   either an e-ID reader, your e-ID card and your pincode for your e-ID card
          -   or your mobile phone with the Itsme app and your Itsme pincode.

 

Situation 2: I live in Belgium and would like to view the results of a test on one of my children

You can view your test result via this web application. You must first log in with your electronic identity card or Itsme.

Make sure you have the following items:
          -   either an e-ID reader, your e-ID card and your pincode for your e-ID card
      - or your mobile phone with the Itsme app and your Itsme pincode..

Select your child's name in the "For my child" drop-down menu.

 

Situation 3: I do not live in Belgium

You can view your test result via this web application. You must enter the CTPC on the basis of which the sample was taken and the last four digits of the mobile phone number on which you received this CTPC by text message.

Make sure you have the following:
1.   the CTPC on the basis of which the sample was taken
2.   the mobile phone number to which the CTPC was sent by text message
